Primary constraint: geometric site work requiring tight coordination between design intent and field execution.
The Omni Lakeside project was built around a landscape design by Allen Denomy, whose work set a very high bar for precision and execution. The design relied heavily on geometry, which meant there was little tolerance for error. Curved travertine patios and a perfectly centered circular paver courtyard required careful layout, sequencing, and consistent control in the field.
Our role was to translate that design intent into durable construction. The project included a fully integrated outdoor kitchen, a slatted shade structure, and custom metal trellises designed to provide privacy while reinforcing the architectural rhythm of the space. Every transition, from stonework to planting zones to the lakeside edge, was executed with close attention to alignment and proportion.
