Primary constraint: constructing a luxury interior build-out within an active, high-value private residence.
The Oro Valley project was a highly detailed reconfiguration of a primary suite for a client with a background in engineering and safety management. The central challenge was reclaiming usable square footage by relocating the home’s HVAC system to the roof, a move that required careful coordination and precise execution. That single decision allowed the primary suite to be completely rethought.
The result was a custom dressing room built to exacting standards. Walnut veneer cabinetry was fabricated specifically for the space, paired with Beetle Kill Pine in the pantry and linen areas to add warmth and character without excess. Every component, from the integration of the flooring to the layout of the shelving systems, was designed and built to function cleanly and quietly, with no tolerance for misalignment or shortcuts.
This project reflects how we approach high-end interior work. The value isn’t just in the materials, but in the decisions behind the walls and above the ceilings that make the final space possible. When engineering, design, and construction are aligned, even a single room can fundamentally change how a home works and how it’s experienced.
