Primary constraint: maintaining design integrity and uncompromising construction standards, while protecting the client’s vision during iterations.
Originally built with a conventional layout and standard finishes, the primary suite lacked function and material presence. The objective was not simply to upgrade finishes, but to recalibrate the proportions, lighting hierarchy, and material transitions so the space would feel resolved and enduring.
Our approach changed the footprint of the of the bathroom. Framing rework was executed to tighten wall planes and align visual sightlines. Windows, glass block, and lighting was layered intentionally to eliminate shadows and highlight architectural elements. Tile work, cabinetry, and fixtures were kept textural, minimal, and quiet to avoid over-cluttering.
Throughout construction, we maintained a steady, standards-first process. Minor field challenges were addressed decisively, ensuring no compromise to the finished product. The result is a primary bathroom that feels calm, tailored, and structurally confident. A space that reflects both thoughtful design and disciplined execution.
