I founded MOD Design + Build to offer a more deliberate construction experience: one grounded in local knowledge, sound decision-making, and clear accountability from start to finish.
We don't approach projects as generic builds. Every early decision shapes the final result: how a space feels to live in, how details hold up over time, how the work reflects on everyone involved.
